COOKING CLASS - ECO TOUR
A combination of eco tours and cooking class has recently turned to be a popular choice for most of tourists to Hoi An, especially tourists from Western Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, Korea, So, where should we learn to cook?
You can make a reservation for cooking class at Green Pond (Con Nhan, Cam Thanh, Hoi An) where has attracted a number of tourists to join the class in the fresh ari and spacious garden under the coconut leaf roof.
ITINERARY
- 8:30 am – 9h30 am:
Pick up visitor at the hotel. Go to the market with our chef (about 40 minutes) you can feed the bustle of the market. Our tour guides will introduce you to the necessary ingredients for our cooking class
- 9:30 am:
Rice the bicycle transfer to the Cam Thanh village you can explore the beautiful views of the Vietnamese countryside. Nex, we will be rowing the basket boat through the small and beautify channel, the guest will come inside of the water coconut plam forest. You can get some loveable hand made souvenirs made from from nipa falm leaves such as hatsm watchesm ring,..
- 10:30 am:
Enjoy yours welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, before joining the cooking class our chef will teach you how to cook, some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked
- 13:00 pm:
Then return to your hotel

This place used to be a revolutionaly base and it is also a part of the biosphere reserve of Hoi An. You may ride a bike or take a basket boat trip to discover the 7 hectare water coconut forest. It is sure to be a great way to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, relac and indulge yourself into the nature.
ITINERARY
- 9:00 am – 9h30 am:
A local guide pick up visitor at the hotel (in Hoi An and the team will ride the bicycle or car to Cam Thanh ecological village)
- 9:30 am – 10h15 am:
Meet with farmers in Thanh Dong. Explore the vegetable gardens. And here, we will learn about farming expericences and the growing of vegetables.
- 10:15 am -11h15 am:
Arrive at the next destination and discover Bay Mau nipa palm forest by basket boat and rowing on the river. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest
- 11:15 am – 12h30 pm:
Have lunck. After lunch, you will fishing in the take and playing Vietnamese folk game such as ”dap noi”, “boxing on the bridge”,…. Take a rest and relax in ecological zones.

Ride your bicycle back to the hotel
